Share count and pricing remain undetermined, and the timing of any offering will hinge on market conditions. The announcement was made under Rule 135, meaning it carries no offer to sell or solicitation to buy securities — it is purely a procedural notice that the paperwork is in motion.

A public Anthropic would be one of the first pure-play frontier model companies to list, exposing investors directly to the economics of training and serving large language models.
